摘要
目的分析国内外护士情绪劳动的研究现况与趋势热点。方法系统检索建库至2022年9月30日收录于中国知网、万方数据库、维普网和Web of Science中有关护士情绪劳动的核心期刊文献,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R3对其进行可视化分析。结果共281篇国内研究文献和437篇国际研究文献纳入分析,发文时间为2004—2022年,国内外护士情绪劳动领域发文量呈上升趋势。国际主要研究热点包含离职倾向、工作投入、领导力等。我国研究多关注于工作绩效、应对方式、职业倦怠等。结论我国尚未形成有关护士情绪劳动领域的优质核心机构群与研究团队,下一步应积极推动我国护士情绪劳动研究的多元化发展,进而提升我国在该领域研究的深度和广度。
Objective To analyze the research status and trend hotspots of nurses'emotional labor at home and abroad.Methods The core journals related to nurses'emotional labor were systematically searched from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and Web of Science from establishment of the databases to September 30,2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 281 domestic research papers and 437 international research papers were included in the analysis,and the publication time was from 2004 to 2022.The number of papers in the field of emotional labor for nurses at home and abroad showed an increasing trend.The main international research hotspots included turnover intention,job engagement,leadership,etc.Research in China mainly focused on job performance,coping styles and job burnout.Conclusions China has not yet formed a high-quality core group of institutions and research teams in the field of emotional labor for nurses.The next step should be to actively promote the diversified development of research on emotional labor for nurses in China,thereby enhancing the depth and breadth of research in this field.
