需要抚养未成年子女的女性乳腺癌患者养育忧虑问题的存在会对患者产生多方面的影响,本研究从女性乳腺癌患者养育忧虑的概念、评估工具、研究现状、产生原因、多维度影响、影响因素、干预措施等方面进行综述,以期为我国临床医务人员对抚养未成年子女女性乳腺癌患者采取针对性的护理措施提供理论依据。

The presence of parenting concerns in female breast cancer patients who have to raise minor children can have multifaceted impacts on the patients.This research reviews the concept of parenting concerns in female breast cancer patients,assessment tools,current research status,reasons for its occurrence,multidimensional influences,influencing factors,and intervention measures to provide a theoretical basis for Chinese clinical medical staff to adopt targeted nursing measures for female breast cancer patients raising minor children.
