抗阻训练对乳腺癌患者体重和身体成分变化影响的Meta分析

摘要 目的系统评价抗阻训练对乳腺癌患者体重和身体成分变化的影响。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、Embase、PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普网及万方数据库中抗阻训练对乳腺癌患者体重和身体成分变化影响的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2022年4月20日。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、评价文献质量及提取资料。采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11篇文献,包括1077例乳腺癌患者。Meta分析结果显示,与常规护理或柔韧性训练相比,抗阻训练能够降低乳腺癌患者的体脂率[SMD=-1.21,95%CI(-1.92~-0.50),P<0.01]和脂肪量[SMD=-0.64,95%CI(-1.13~-0.14),P<0.01],增加瘦体重[SMD=1.31,95%CI(0.54~2.07),P<0.01],但对体重的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论抗阻训练能够改善乳腺癌患者的身体成分,对乳腺癌患者体重和身体成分变化有积极影响。 Objective To systematically review the impact of resistance training on body weight and body composition in breast cancer patients.Methods Randomized controlled trials of the impact of resistance training on body weight and body composition in breast cancer patients were searched through computers in Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biomedical Literature Database,VIP and WanFang Data.The search period was from the establishment of the database to April 20,2022.Two researchers independently screened the article,evaluated the quality of the article,and extracted the data.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 11 articles were included,including 1077 patients with breast cancer.Meta-analysis results showed that resistance training could reduce body fat rate[SMD=-1.21,95%CI(-1.92,-0.50),P<0.01],fat mass[SMD=-0.64,95%CI(-1.13,-0.14),P<0.01],and increase lean body weight[SMD=1.31,95%CI(0.54,2.07),P<0.01]in breast cancer patients compared with conventional nursing or flexibility training,but there was no statistical difference in the impact on body weight(P>0.05).Conclusions Resistance training can improve the body composition,and has positive impacts on the body weight and body composition in breast cancer patients.
