Research progress on postoperative enteral nutrition in newborns with complex congenital heart disease

本文针对新生儿复杂先天性心脏病患者临床特点,从新生儿复杂先天性心脏病术后肠内营养常见问题及难点,新生儿复杂先天性心脏病患者营养需求评估、营养状态评估、营养风险筛查、肠内营养临床实践5个方面,对新生儿复杂先天性心脏病术后肠内营养进行综述,旨在为我国开展后续相关研究和制订方案提供参考和建议,促进我国新生儿复杂先天性心脏病术后肠内营养的实践和发展。

Based on the clinical characteristics of patients with complex congenital heart disease in newborns,this article reviews the postoperative enteral nutrition for complex congenital heart disease in newborns from five aspects,including common problems and difficulties in enteral nutrition after surgery for complex congenital heart disease in newborns,nutritional needs assessment,nutritional status assessment,nutritional risk screening,and clinical practice of enteral nutrition in patients with complex congenital heart disease in newborns.This article aims to provide reference and suggestions for subsequent research and formulation of plans in China,and promote the practice and development of postoperative enteral nutrition for complex congenital heart disease in newborns in China.
