摘要
肾动脉交感神经消融术(RDN)通过阻断肾脏交感神经传入和传出纤维,抑制交感神经活性,已在治疗难治性高血压治疗中获得初步成功。但是,RDN在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)中应用的安全性和有效性尚处在探索阶段。本文拟通过归纳现有RDN治疗CHF的临床研究,对各项研究纳入的适宜患者进行讨论,进而总结RDN在CHF中应用的适应症,以期进一步为探索RDN治疗CHF的临床研究提供一定的依据。
Renal denervation(RDN)has achieved initial success in the treatment of refractory hypertension by blocking the afferent and efferent fibers of renal sympathetic nerve and inhibiting the sympathetic nerve activity.However,the efficacy and safety of RDN in chronic heart failure(CHF)remain unclear.This review intends to retrieve the existing clinical studies of RDN on CHF,discuss the suitable patients included in RDN group in each study,and then summarize the indications of RDN in CHF patients,in order to provide some evidence-based suggestions for further clinical studies of RDN in CHF.
