摘要
关键语言概念自美国政府和学界提出并加以实施后,已受到普遍重视。我国关键语言研究虽已取得一定成就,但在创新性、实证性、理论性方面尚存在一定问题,急需和我国国情结合进行实证研究和理论探讨。文章认为,从国家语言能力维度,基于历史、现实和未来的角度看,关键语言涉及不同语言的交流沟通,是历史发展过程中逐渐形成的、共时语言系统中的节点语言,随着语言生活的动态发展而不断变化。对关键语言进行量化研究,比较不同语种的关键度,可以通过需求及其重要性与供给及其供给能力的比值来计算得出,为关键语言战略的具体实施提供依据。
The notion of‘critical language'has received global attention since its proposal and implementation by the US government and academia.Despite this,the study of critical language in China still faces some challenges,such as creative,empirical and theoretical aspects,since the previous empirical studies and theoretical discussions fail to fully meet the need of China's national conditions.This paper argues that,from the perspective of national language capacity,as well as the dimensions of history,reality,and future,critical languages concern communication of different languages,they can be regarded as node languages in the synchronic language system that have been gradually formed through historical processes,and continually evolve and change along with dynamics in language life.The quantitative study and criticality comparison of each language within the system can be calculated by the ratio of demand and its importance to supply and its supply capacity,it can provide insights for implementation of China critical language strategies.
