中国关键跨境语言研究

A Study of Critical Border Languages in China

文章在理论层面阐明了跨境语言的概念、形成和特点,并阐释了关键跨境语言的定义、研究视角和意义以及关键跨境语言与跨境语言之间的关系。此外,文章在实践层面整理了中国与周边国家之间的跨境语言数量和名称,并对它们进行了分类分级,然后推导出中国关键跨境语言级别表、与中国共享跨境语言的关键邻国级别表以及拥有跨境语言的关键省份级别表。这些有关关键跨境语言的理论探讨与实践数据可为我国关键跨境语言的学理研究、政策制定以及与周边国家的语言互联互通建设提供一些参考。

This paper is dedicated to shedding light on the theoretical conceptions on border language(its definition,formation and features)and critical border language(its definition,perspective and significance of study,and correlation with border language).According to the conceptual framework,the paper thereof is to give a list of China's border languages,and to make a classification and stratification of these border languages,and finally to deduce three scale tables for China's border languages,the neighboring countries that share the border languages with China and the provinces of China in which the border languages are mainly spoken.These data are of some use for the critical border language study and planning in China as well as linguistic connectivity construction between China and its neighboring countries.
