中国西部地区农村多维返贫测度与分解研究

A Study on the Measurement and Decomposition of Multidimensional Poverty Alleviation in Rural Areas of Western China

基于多维返贫理论,通过中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,采用A-F(Alkire-Foster)法,对中国西部地区农村多维贫困及多维返贫现象进行深入探究。基于研究结论,提出对策建议,包括完善西部地区农村贫困人口的动态监控体系、鼓励贫困人口就业、重视农村老年人口脱贫,以及加强各项公共服务保障等。

Based on the theory of multi-dimensional poverty reduction,the data from the China Family Tracking Survey(CFPS)is taken,to measure and decompose multi-dimensional poverty and multi-dimensional poverty reduction in rural areas of western China using A-F(Alkire-Foster)method.It is proposed to improve the dynamic monitoring system for the rural poor population in western China.Actively promoting the employment of newly lifted out of poverty and those returning to poverty.Pay attention to poverty alleviation work for the elderly population in rural areas.Strengthen policy recommendations such as ensuring various public services.
