How to Coordinate Development with Security Under the Holistic Approach to National Security

百年变局以前所未有的烈度向纵深演化,动荡变革的转型期特征更加突出。当前我国正迈向第二个百年奋斗目标的新征程,发展阶段和发展任务发生了深刻变化,国家安全与发展面临新的威胁和挑战。新安全格局和新发展格局的提出是党和国家进入历史新阶段的时代产物,是对总体国家安全观的一次重大理论创新。加快构建新安全格局,既是维护国家安全的重大战略部署,也是为我国发展打破国际围堵、打压、遏制开拓一条更为安全的道路。我们可以从安全领域、安全视野、安全思维三个方面来把握新安全格局的科学内涵,以新安全格局保障新发展格局。

Changes unseen in a century have been proceeding deeper and broader.Period of turbulence and alternations is remarkably and profoundly characterizing current stage of the world changes.At meantime China is on new journey towards the Second Centenary Goal.Thus the stage and tasks China is facing have dramatically altered,and China's economic development and national security have got to be dramatically challenged.Redefinition and adaptation of China's new development and security dimensions and visions are a necessary outcome of CCP and CCP-led government entering into a new historical stage.It is necessarily a big complement to the holistic approach to national security.Pushing through new security pattern indigenously coordinated with new development dimension is a strategic deployment to achieve China's re-emergency while China needs to map out a new way to realize historic re-emergency by breaking down all sanctions,restraints and suppressions.We will clearly and genuinely master the scientific relevance of new security dimensions on three levels-security domains,security visions and security mechanism.Thus,it would be much helpful for us to cast the deeper and more adequate understanding of the principle of employing new security dimensions to protect new development pattern while building up new development pattern to boost new security dimensions.
