考虑可行性与满意度的定制化制造任务分解方法

Customized manufacturing task decomposition method considering feasibility and satisfaction

针对现阶段大规模定制制造任务的任务分解方法与制造单元匹配问题,文中在任务分解的粒度、耦合度的基础上,提出了综合考虑任务分解后的可执行性与满意度的任务分解模型。试验结果表明:该方法的任务分解结果耦合度较低,可执行性更高,而且能提高任务完成的预期满意度。

In this article,in order to address the mismatch between the task decomposition methods and the manufacturing cells in the process of mass customization at the present stage,a task-decomposition model with feasibility and satisfaction taken into consideration is proposed,on the basis of granularity and coupling degree of task decomposition.The experimental results show that this method has higher executability and lower coupling degree in the task-decomposition results,and it ensures better satisfaction of the completed tasks than expected.
