摘要 采用计算流体力学数值模拟技术探讨轮毂造型对乘用车气动性能的影响规律。选取12个轮毂样本进行建模和仿真计算,分析了不同轮毂造型造成的空气阻力系数、速度流线、湍动能及散热等性能差异,得到轮毂造型特征对乘用车气动性能的影响因素。基于轮毂造型特征构建对比样本组,分析归纳各组仿真计算结果。总结单一轮毂造型特征的影响规律,并通过综合设计样本验证。结果表明:轮辐的镂空正投影面积比、表面平整度、单元形状及有无自旋均对乘用车的气动阻力及制动盘散热性能有显著影响。 The influence of wheel hub modeling on the automobile aerodynamic performance was explored based on computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation techniques.12 wheel hub samples were selected for modeling and simulation calculations,and the performance differences in air drag coefficient,velocity streamlines,turbulent kinetic energy,and heat dissipation caused by different wheel hub modeling were analyzed.The influence of wheel hub shape features on the aerodynamic performance of the entire vehicle were proposed.The comparative samples group was established based on wheel hub modeling features to analyze and conclude the calculation resultes of each group.The influence of each wheel hub feature were summarized,and verified through comprehensive designed sample.The results showed that the ratio of the hollow projection area of the spokes,surface smoothness,unit shape,and spin had a significant impact on the aerodynamic resistance and brake heat dissipation performance of automobile.
