多元视角下的建筑遗产价值:体系建构、量表开发与实证检验

Architecture Heritage Value:Theoretical Construction,Scale Development and Empirical Test

建筑遗产作为遗产的特定类型,缺乏针对其价值的理论探讨与测量工具。结合多学科的专家视角与多主体的大众视角,基于系统性文献梳理建构建筑遗产价值的理论体系,通过深度访谈与扎根理论方法开发测量量表并开展问卷实证,运用三角互证和因子分析方法检验量表的信度与效度,立足多元视角进行建筑遗产价值的体系建构、量表开发与实证检验具有重要意义。结论包括:(1)遗产价值与建筑遗产价值存在共性与特性;(2)建筑遗产价值理论体系由三类价值维度13个价值指标构成,基本涵盖文献与访谈资料;(3)建筑遗产价值测量量表由两类价值维度8个价值指标构成,量表稳定有效;(4)艺术价值和精神价值的大众认知度较高,时间价值、空间价值、文化价值、社会价值存在大众认知缺失的情况。通过理论体系建构、量表开发与实证检验,为建筑遗产价值的研究提供理论参照与方法工具,为建筑遗产价值的保护与可持续发展提供有力支撑。

As a specific type of heritage,it is of great significance to comprehensively explore architectural heritage value.However,the theoretical discussion and measuring tools of architectural heritage value are still lacking.By combining the perspectives of multidisciplinary experts and multi-subject publics,this paper constructs a theoretical framework of architectural heritage value by systematic literature review,develops a measurement scale through in-depth interview and grounded theory.Based on this,empirical questionnaires are proceeded and the reliability and validity of scale is tested through triangulation method and factor analysis.The conclusion is as follows:(1)compared with heritage value,architectural heritage value has commonalities and characteristics;(2)the theoretical system of architectural heritage value is composed of 13 items in 3 dimensions,which basically covers literature and interview data;(3)the architectural heritage value measurement scale consists of 2 dimensions and 8 scale items,which is stable and effective;(4)the artistic value and spiritual value are highly recognized by the public,while the temporal value,spatial value,cultural value and social value have a mass cognitive deficit.Through systematical construction,measurement development and empirical evidence,this study provides theoretical reference and methodological tools for architectural heritage value researches,and benefits to the conservation utilization and sustainable development of architectural heritages.
