城市工业遗产再利用模式研究——以烟台渔轮修造厂为例

Research on the Mode of Urban Industrial Heritage Reuse:A Case Study of Yantai Fishing Vessels Dockyard

工业遗产大多存在于城市中心区,在存量时代下多数工业基地都在寻找适合自身的再利用发展模式。基于新旧动能转换背景,通过选取典型案例对城市工业遗产再利用模式进行归纳和分析研究。在此基础上,以烟台渔轮修造厂为例,探索其现状与历史街区更新模式的耦合性,并在该模式下提出涉及基地文脉延续、棕地污染治理和片区地域特色的再利用对策,以期为当前国内历史街区更新模式下的工业遗产再利用提供参考。

Industrial heritage mostly exists in the central area.However,in the stock era,most of the industrial bases are looking for their reuse development mode.Under the background of the old and new kinetic energy conversion to urban industrial heritage reuse model,after the analysis of the features of all kinds of typical models and the classic case selection of Yantai fishing vessel shipyard,this paper explores the present situation and the historical block update mode coupling,and puts forward the recycling countermeasures involving the base context,pollution control and regional features.The study provides reference for the reuse of industrial heritage under the current domestic historical district renewal mode.
