基于住户环境需求与环控行为的寒冷地区低碳住宅环控策略探讨--青岛某绿色住宅和被动住宅对比分析

摘要 在国家能源消费及碳排放总量和强度双控政策背景下,以青岛市为研究对象,通过对两处城镇住宅(绿色住宅和被动住宅)典型季节室内环境质量和环控能耗的监测与对比研究,从住户环境需求和环控行为角度,探讨适应寒冷地区低碳住宅的分散化、电气化环境控制策略。 Under the policy background of state for energy consumption and double control of total carbon emissions and intensity,this paper takes Qingdao City as the research object,through comparative study of monitoring to the indoor environment quality and environmental control energy consumption of two urban dwelling houses(green residence and passive house)in typical season,and from the perspective of household environmental needs and environmental control behavior,it discusses the decentralized and electrified environmental control strategy that adapts to the low-carbon residence in cold region.
