摘要
总结目前航天行业关键过程(工序)识别、标识及过程管控的现状,从生产制造实际过程中查找存在的问题,并结合当前数字化质量管理新形势下的新要求,针对存在的问题提出建议,结合企业科研生产实际情况探索可行的管理方法,梳理产品策划过程中的流程与职责,提出关键工序质量控制卡、检验卡等管理要求在新形势下的落实途径。
This paper summarizes the current status of critical processes identification and process control in the aerospace industry,finds out the existing problems from the actual process of manufacturing,and combines the new requirements under the new situation of digital quality management to put forward feasible suggestions for the existing problems,and introduces the management methods in combination with the actual situation of enterprise scientific research and production.It also sorts out the processes and responsibilities in the product planning process,and puts forward the implementation of management requirements such as quality control cards and inspection cards for critical processes in new situations.
