Research on a Software Process Management Method based on Process Configuration

针对软件项目管理的现状,采用集成化管理方法,提出了一种基于流程可配置的软件过程管理方法,并对该方法进行了详细的分析,在此基础上根据实际的业务进行了一定的应用研究。该方法具有针对不同使用环境的快速适应能力,具有较强的实用价值。

In view of the current situation of software project management,the integrated management method is adopted.This paper presents a process management method based on process configurability,analyzes the method in detail,and does some application research according to the actual business.The results show that this method has the ability to adapt to different use environment quickly,and this method has strong practical value.
