摘要
巨噬细胞的趋化聚集与慢性炎症性疾病的发展密切相关。目前药物治疗炎症性疾病的局限是药物半衰期短,生物利用度差。透明质酸作为一种具有良好生物相容性的分子,可以与活化后巨噬细胞表面的CD44分子特异性结合,通过透明质酸制备的纳米颗粒可以靶向炎症病灶中的巨噬细胞,达到治疗炎症性疾病的目的。本文旨在对含透明质酸的纳米颗粒靶向巨噬细胞治疗炎症性疾病的临床前研究作一综述,以期为炎症性疾病的药物精准治疗提供参考。
Macrophage chemotactic aggregation is closely associated with the development of chronic inflammatory diseases.The limitations of current drug therapy for inflammatory diseases are a short drug half-life and poor bioavailability.Hyaluronic acid,a molecule with good biocompatibility,specifically binds to CD44 molecules on the surface of activated macrophages.Nanoparticles prepared from hyaluronic acid can target macrophages in inflammatory lesions for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.The aim of this paper was to review the preclinical studies of hyaluronic acid-containing nanoparticles targeting macrophages for the treatment of inflammatory diseases,with a view to providing a reference for drug precision therapy of inflammatory diseases.
