大型异形分模锻件防错移模具优化研究

摘要 异形分模模具的防错移设计是异形分模锻件错移控制的必要手段,但对于错移力超过30 MN的大型异形分模锻件,其锻件错移控制难度极大。因此,本研究通过在型腔内的特定角度偏移抵消部分错移力,再结合导柱-导柱孔方式控制压制成形初期的错移力,最后使用无斜度锁扣设计控制压制成形末期的错移力,从而实现对大型异形分模锻件错移的有效控制。该模具设计方法为复杂锻件极限制造下的错移控制提供了一种有效解决途径。 The anti-mismatch design of special-shaped parting die is a necessary means to control the mismatch of special-shaped parting die forgings.However,for large special-shaped parting die forgings with mismatch force more than 3000 tons,it is very difficult to control the mismatch.Therefore,in this paper,the specific angle of the offset part in the cavity is adopted to offset part of the mismatch force,and then the guide pillar-guide pillar hole mode is combined to control the mismatch force during the initial stage of press forming.Finally,the mismatch force in the final stage of press forming is controlled by means of a no-inclination lock catch design,thereby achieving effective control for the mismatch of the large special-shaped parting die forgings.This design method of die provides an effective solution for mismatch control in the extreme manufacturing of complex forgings.
