摘要
动车组运用检修物料清单(BOM,Bill of Material)是动车组运用检修信息化管理的基础,是开展动车组健康管理的前提。文章在研究动车组运用检修BOM应用需求的基础上,提出了一种动车组运用检修BOM的设计、编制和变更管理方法,介绍了该BOM在辅助检修作业、数据串联、信息采集等动车组运用检修管理业务中的应用。为开展全谱系动车组运用检修BOM编制工作提供了参考。
The Bill of Materials(BOM) for the operation and maintenance of EMUs is the foundation of information management for operation and maintenance of EMUs,and is a prerequisite for carrying out health management of EMUs.On the basis of studying the application requirements of BOM for the operation and maintenance of EMUs,this paper proposed a design,compilation,and change management method of BOM for the operation and maintenance of EMUs,introduced the application of the BOM in auxiliary maintenance operations,data concatenation,information collection,and other maintenance management businesses for EMUs.This provides a reference for the preparation of the BOM for the operation and maintenance of full spectrum EMUs.
