随着“一带一路”倡议的不断推进,更多的中国企业走出去,“走出去”企业要根植于所在国,就必须实现人才的本土化。文章阐述了“校企校融合”培养跨文化国际人才的核心概念,分析了国际人才跨文化能力培养存在的问题,明确了国际学生跨文化能力的意义,提出了“校企校融合”国际人才跨文化能力培养体系构建的路径。

With the continuous advancement of the"Belt and Road"initiative,more Chinese enterprises are go⁃ing global.If those enterprises want to be rooted in the host country,they must realize the localization of talents.The paper expounds the core concept of"school-enterprise-school integration"in cultivating cross-cultural in⁃ternational talents,analyzes the problems in cultivating cross-cultural abilities of international talents,clarifies the significance of cross-cultural abilities of international students,and puts forward the path for constructing a"school-enterprise-school integration"system for cultivating cross-cultural abilities of international talents.
