摘要
文章从现代学徒制的内涵与特征入手,分析了现代学徒制实施过程中存在的“政府顶层设计不平衡、学校人才培养体系不健全、企业参与热情不足”等现实困境,提出了“四方协同,五融五共”现代学徒制人才培养模式,具体包括:创新“校-政-行-企”四方协同机制、构建现代学徒制“五融”人才培养体系、建立现代学徒制“五共”组织运行机制,为探索构建中国特色现代学徒制奠定基础。
This paper starts with the connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeship,analyzes the practi⁃cal difficulties existing in the implementation of modern apprenticeship system,such as the unbalanced top-level design of government,the unsound talent training system of schools,and the lack of enthusiasm for enterprise participation,and puts forward the“four-way coordination,five-fusion and five-sharing”talent training mode,which includes innovating the four-way coordination mechanism of“school-government-industry-enter⁃prise”,constructing the modern apprenticeship“five-fusion”talent training system,and establishing the modern apprenticeship“five-sharing”organization and operation mechanism,laying the foundation for exploring the construction of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.
