河谷型城市产业布局与城市空间发展模式之间的逻辑分析——以兰州市为例

A logical analysis of the relationship between industrial layout and urban spatial development pattern of valley city-A case study of Lanzhou City

工业经济是当前城市经济的重要组成部分,城市拓展的深层机制是产业在空间的转移过程.本文以典型河谷型城市兰州市为例,利用遥感影像数据,对1980年以来兰州市产业及其所属行业的布局演变进行研究,随后梳理1980年以来兰州市产业政策的变化,分析产业政策影响下的兰州市的产业及其所属行业的布局演变,剖析政策变化影响下产业拓展方式的演进特征.结果显示:受地形和政策的影响,兰州市产业布局反映了明显的跳跃式发展;1980年以来,兰州市产业布局体现了“边缘连续式”—“近郊跳跃式”—“远郊跳跃式”的布局模式;第一产业在2010年之前为边缘连续式的布局,2010年之后反映了远郊跳跃式的布局.第二产业分布反映了远郊跳跃式的演化规律.第三产业在2010年之前为近郊跳跃式,2010年后为远郊跳跃式布局;跳跃式发展明显的为第一产业的种植养殖业,第二产业的采矿业,制造业,建筑业,电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业,第三产业的房地产业,交通运输、仓储和邮政业,批发和零售业,信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业,住宿和餐饮业.在此基础上分析了不同产业呈现不同布局模式的内在成因,梳理了产业布局与城市空间发展模式之间的逻辑关系.根据自然地理条件、城市经济条件论述了兰州作为河谷型城市产业布局演变的独特性,并给出了对应的对策与建议.研究兰州市产业布局的特征及其发展规律对于河谷型城市产业进行规划布局具有重要作用.

Industrial economy is an important part of the current urban economy,and the deep mechanism of urban expansion is the process of industrial transfer in space.Taking Lanzhou City,a typical valley-type city as an example,this paper uses remote sensing image data to study the evolution of Lanzhou's industries and the layout of their industries since 1980,then sorts out the changes in Lanzhou's industrial policies since 1980,and analyzes the impact of industrial policies.This paper analyzes the evolution of Lanzhou's industries and the layout of the industries they belong to,and analyzes the evolution characteristics of industrial expansion methods under the influence of policy changes.The results show that:Influenced by topography and policies,the industrial layout of Lanzhou City reflects obvious leap-forward development.Since 1980,the industrial layout of Lanzhou City has embodied the layout pattern of“continuous edge”—“jumping in suburbs”—“jumping in outer suburbs”.Before 2010,the primary industry had a continuous layout on the edge,and after 2010,it reflected a jumping layout in the outer suburbs.The distribution of the secondary industry reflects the evolutionary law of the outer suburbs.Before 2010,the tertiary industry had a leap-forward layout in the suburbs,and after 2010,it had a leap-forward layout in the outer suburbs.The obvious leap-forward development is the planting and breeding industry of the primary industry;the mining,manufacturing,construction industry of the secondary industry,the production and supply industry of electricity,heat,gas and water;the real estate,transportation,warehousing and postal services,wholesale and retail,information transmission,software and information technology services,and accommodation and catering of the tertiary industry.On this basis,this paper analyzes the internal causes of different industrial layout patterns,and sorts out the logical relationship between industrial layout and urban spatial development patterns.According to the natural geographical conditions,urban economic conditions and so on,this paper discusses the uniqueness of Lanzhou City as a valley city industrial layout evolution,and gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research on the characteristics and development law of Lanzhou's industrial layout plays an important role in the planning and layout of the valley-type urban industry.
