储能接入配电网影响评估及自适应保护策略

摘要 随着新能源在电力系统中的比例逐年增加,储能成为日益重要的灵活调节支撑资源。储能系统一般通过电力电子设备接入电网,频繁的充放电可能会对电网的潮流与保护带来影响。通过分析电化学储能的源荷特性,在储能作为电源与负载两种情况下,考虑储能的不同运行状态和不同功率交换情况,基于典型配电网架构,研究不同位置故障时,在储能接入配电网后潮流变化对传统保护的影响进行评估,提出自适应电流保护方案以及具体保护措施。最后,通过仿真验证了所提自适应电流保护方案的有效性。 With the increasing of new energy in the power system year by year,energy storage has become an increasingly important flexible regulatory resource.Energy storage systems are generally connected to the power grid through power electronic devices,while frequent charging and discharging may have an impact on the power flow and protection of the grid.By analyzing the source load characteristics of electrochemical energy storage,considering the different operating states and power exchange situations of energy storage as a power source and a load.based on a typical distribution network architecture,the power flow changes at different locations of faults are studied.The impact of energy storage connected to the distribution network on traditional protection is evaluated,and the adaptive current protection schemes and specific protection measures are proposed.Finally,the effectiveness of the adaptive current protection scheme is verified by simulation.
