摘要
溴代联苯衍生物是一类极为重要的化工中间体,广泛应用于医药化学、电阻材料、染料、有机半导体等领域。本文以苯胺为起始原料,先经过溴化反应合成2,4-二溴苯胺,再经过Suzuki偶联反应合成2,4-二苯基苯胺,最后经过溴化和重氮化反应,合成了目标化合物1-溴-3,5-二苯基苯。此方法的生产成本低,反应收率高,产品含量大于99.5%,适合工业化生产。
Halo-substituted benzene derivatives were an extremely important class of chemical intermediates and widely used in pharmaceutical chemistry,resistive materials,dyes,organic semiconductors and otherfields.In this paper,applied aniline as starting material,2,4-dibromoaniline was synthesized by bromination reaction,2,4-diphenyl aniline was synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction,finally the target compound 1-bromo-3,5-diphenylbenzene was synthesized by bromination and diazotization reaction.This method had low raw material cost and high reaction yield,the product content was greater than 99.0%.
