摘要
本文介绍了以CO_(2)和CH_(3)OH为原料直接合成DMC的绿色化学反应的主要合成方法、热力学和反应机理,对金属氧化物催化剂、有机金属催化剂、金属有机骨架(MOFs)、离子液体及杂多酸催化剂的特点、适用范围及应用效果等进行了总结,并对二氧化碳和甲醇直接合成碳酸二甲酯以提高DMC产率的策略进行了展望,以期为二氧化碳和甲醇直接合成碳酸二甲酯的相关研究提供一些参考。
In this paper,based on the green chemical reaction of direct synthesis of DMC with CO_(2) and CH_(3)OH as raw materials,the main synthesis methods,thermodynamics and reaction mechanism of the reaction were analyzed.The characteristics,application range and application effect of metal oxide catalyst,organometallic catalyst,metal-organic framework(MOFs),ionic liquid and heteropolyacid catalyst were summarized comprehensively.Finally,the strategy of direct synthesis of dimethyl carbonate with carbon dioxide and methanol to improve DMC yield was prospected,in order to provide some reference for the related research of direct synthesis of dimethyl carbonate with carbon dioxide and methanol.
