中国与印尼的交流历史悠久,在社会、文化、经济等方面具备深度密切的合作基础。全面回顾与分析了海洋经济、海洋经济可持续发展的学术思想史;从海洋经济总体发展水平、发展成效、发展潜力等方面探讨了中国海洋经济发展现状;梳理印尼海洋经济发展状况,依据中印尼两国海洋经济合作的主要领域、主要框架展开全面系统对比及合作分析;依据中印尼两国海洋经济合作情况,提出了加强海洋基础设施领域合作、扩大海洋渔业合作、推动海洋旅游业合作、中国沿海省市应主动参与中印尼海洋经济合作等深化中印尼海洋经济合作的对策建议。

China and Indonesia have a long history of communication,and have a deep and close foundation for cooperation.A comprehensive review and analysis of the academic history of marine economy and sustainable development of marine economy;Explored the current development status of China's marine economy from the perspectives of overall development level,development effectiveness,and development potential;Comprehensively reviewed the development status of Indonesia's marine economy,and conducted a comprehensive and systematic comparison and cooperation analysis based on the main areas and frameworks of maritime economic cooperation between China and Indonesia;Based on the situation of maritime economic cooperation between China and Indonesia,suggestions have been put forward to strengthen cooperation in the field of marine infrastructure,expand cooperation in marine fisheries,promote cooperation in marine tourism,and actively participate in maritime economic cooperation between China and Indonesia in coastal provinces and cities.
