2020年中国(湖南)自由贸易试验区正式设立,成为湖南省重要的创新开放平台。湖南自贸试验区以“一产业、一园区、一走廊”为战略定位,经过两年多的探索,在制度创新、贸易便利、产业集群等多个领域都取得了显著成效。但也存在需要加深探索和加大创新力度的领域,如服务贸易、金融领域、差异化和特色化领域等。要实现自贸试验区提升发展战略,就需要在合理绩效设计、坚持优化营商环境、加强差异化探索和加强区域联动上持续发力,为湖南自贸试验区的高质量发展提供动力和保障。
