新商科背景下基于OBE理念的国际商务课程教学改革研究

Research on"International Business"Course Teaching Reform Based on OBE Education under the New Business Background

国际商务课程是一门综合性较强,范围较广的专业核心课程,基于OBE教学理念,针对现阶段教学方面存在的问题,为国际商务课程拟定了能够满足新商科背景下,企业对于复合型人才需求的教学成果目标,创新课程教学内容、过程方法和评价方式,构建了一种以成果为导向、灵活多样、实时反馈的教学模式,为在新商科背景下培养数字化、跨学科融合的复合型人才提供改革思路。

"International Business"is professional core course with comprehensive and broad topics,which still implemented by traditional teaching method,and exist with the problem of lack of direction,characteristics and evaluation forms.To deal with those problem,this research reformed the teaching content,teaching procedure and evaluation forms of"international business"based on OBE education,to fit the enterprise requirement of inter-disciplinary talent under new business background,and also established a flexible,instant responsible and result oriented teaching methods.This research will also provide some idea of how to training digital and interdisciplinary talents.
