摘要
适应新商科“商业+技术+思维”的知识与能力结构体系,根据胜任力调查问卷及问卷统计描述分析,采用因子分析法提取出新商科岗位的胜任力特征。在此基础上构建由三个层次构成的高职院校新商科专业群人才培养评价标准指标体系,共选取4个指标、17个二级指标及若干个观测点,通过层次分析法确定各指标权重,应用某双高院校新商科专业群相关验收数据进行实证分析。
Adapting to the knowledge and ability structure system of“business&technology&thinking”in the new business,the competency characteristics of the new business positions are extracted using factor analysis based on competency questionnaires and statistical description analysis.On this basis,a talent cultivation evaluation standard indicator system for new business specialty groups in higher vocational colleges composed of three levels is constructed.A total of 4 indicators,17 secondary indicators,and several observation points are selected,and the weight of each indicator is determined through analytic hierarchy process.An empirical analysis is conducted using relevant acceptance data for a new business specialty group in a dual high school.
