聚砜/沸石咪唑酯骨架-8复合膜的制备及其性能

摘要 为制备具有抗菌性能的空气过滤材料,以聚砜(PSF)为溶质、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂,先采用静电纺丝法制备PSF纳米纤维膜,然后在其表面磁控溅射氧化锌(ZnO)薄膜,最后通过水热合成法将ZnO薄膜转化为沸石咪唑酯骨架-8(ZIF8)晶体,得到PSF/ZIF8纳米纤维膜,并对该复合膜的物化性能、过滤性能、透气性能、抗菌与细菌过滤性能进行测试。结果表明:PSF/ZIF8纳米纤维膜对PM 0.3的过滤效率可达到99.82%。纳米纤维膜的高孔隙率使其表现出较高的透气率(340.36 mm·s^(-1))。此外,该复合膜对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有一定的抗菌性能,且对2种菌的拦截效率均达到99.99%。 To prepare air filtration materials with antibacterial properties,PSF nanofibrous membranes were prepared by electrospinning method.Polysulfone(PSF)was used as solute,N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP)were used as solvent,and then zinc oxide(ZnO)films were magnetron sputtered on the surface of the prepared PSF nanofibrous membranes.Finally,the PSF/ZIF8 nanofibrous membranes were obtained by converting ZnO film into zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF8)crystals after the hydrothermal process.The physical and chemical properties,filtration properties,air permeability,antibacterial and bacterial filtration properties of the obtained composite membranes were tested subsequently.The results show that the filtration efficiency of PSF/ZIF8 nanofibrous membranes can reach 99.82% for PM 0.3.The high porosity of the nanofibrous membranes results in a high air permeability(340.36 mm·s^(-1)).In addition,the composite membrane has certain antibacterial properties against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,and the interception efficiency against both bacteria reaches 99.99%.
