摘要 中国文化产业的发展经过多年实践探索、政策推动和人才培养,已成为国民经济的支柱产业,学科发展粗具规模。但整体来看,理论研究落后于产业实践。中国文化产业的理论探索,需要从艺术学、经济学、管理学等传统单一学科领域,转向整合性的原理突破,明确文化产业的元概念与元理论,形成中国文化产业理论的话语体系。当前,人类社会的发展已进入精神经济时代,对财富的认知和追求发生重大变化,产生了从物质价值向精神价值的倾斜。所有人类产品都包含物质载体和精神内容,对文化产品的认知是文化产业理论的元概念,文化产品价值创造的全过程,即文化的产业化和产业的文化化,构成了文化产业元理论。财富属性的内部变迁,使得智力、创意等精神要素成为第一要素,催生了产业结构变迁与划分,产业的文化化也加速弥合了物质劳动与精神劳动的分工,文化业态更新迭代加剧,对文化产业运行与管理提出更高要求。文化将渗透社会政治经济各个方面,赋予经济发展以人文价值与竞争活力。 The development of China's cultural industries has become a pillar industry of the national economy,and the development of the discipline has taken shape after years of practical exploration,policy promotion and talent cultivation.But overall,theoretical research lags behind industrial practice.The theoretical exploration of China's cultural industries needs to shift from traditional single subject areas such as art studies,economics,and management to integrated theoretical breakthroughs as to clarify meta-concept and meta-theory of cultural industries and form a discourse system for Chinese cultural industries'theory.At present,the development of human society has entered an era of spiritual economy when recognition and pursuit of wealth have undergone major changes,resulting in a shift from material value to spiritual value.All human products contain material carriers and spiritual contents.The cognition of cultural products is the meta-concept of the theory of cultural industries.The entire process of the value creationof cultural product,i.e.,the industrialization of culture and the culturalization of industry,constitutes meta-theory of cultural industries.Internal changes in the attributes of wealth have made spiritual elements such as intelligence and creativity the first element,giving rise to changes and divisions in industrial structure.The culturalization of the industry has also accelerated the integration between material labor and spiritual labor.The iteration of cultural business formats has been intensified,putting forward higher requirements for the operation and management of cultural industries.Culture will penetrate all aspects of society,politics and economy,endowing economic development with humanistic value and competitive vitality.
