摘要
某石化公司催化重整装置程控阀液压先导阀的压盖螺栓发生了断裂。为了找出其原因,对断裂的螺栓的腐蚀形貌、金相组织、腐蚀表面的微观特征及腐蚀产物进行了全面分析。结果表明,压盖螺栓的断裂失效性质为氢脆。
The gland bolt of the program-controlled valve and hydraulic pilot valve of a catalytic reforming unit of a petrochemical company was broken.In order to find out the cause,the corrosion morphology,metallographic structure,microscopic characteristics of the corrosion surface and corrosion products of the fractured bolts were comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the fracture failure nature of the gland bolt is hydrogen embrittlement.
