摘要
管道建设运行中产生腐蚀、裂纹和机械损伤缺陷,可能导致油气泄漏事故。B型套筒在应用于大面积腐蚀、环焊缝和油气泄漏修复具有优越性。介绍了传统B型套筒技术原理和设计安装要求。为解决应用于高钢级管道的难题,包括尺寸不合理、设计壁厚大、焊接残余应力和角焊缝开裂,介绍了国内外X80钢级管道环焊缝修复B型套筒在尺寸优化设计、焊接工艺条件和无损检测的实践做法。研究成果可指导管道企业科学高效开展管道修复工作。
Corrosion,cracks,and mechanical damage defects during pipeline construction and operation may lead to oil and gas leakage accidents.Type-B sleeves have advantages in application to repair large area corrosion,girth welds,and oil and gas leakage.The technical principle and design and installation requirements of traditional type-B sleeves are introduced.In order to solve the problems encountered in the application of high grade pipelines,including unreasonable size,large design wall thickness,welding residual stress,and fillet weld cracking,the paper introduces the practical methods for the size optimization design,welding process conditions,and non-destructive testing of type-B sleeves used for girth weld repair of X80 grade pipelines at home and abroad.The research results can guide pipeline enterprises to scientifically and efficiently carry out pipeline repair work.
