摘要
某超超临界1000MW机组在加氧处理工况中出现了水汽系统氢电导率异常升高的现象,导致自动加氧异常退出。通过排查在线电导率表、加药系统、精处理系统和机组运行日志,结果表明:低温省煤器投入运行后,由于水汽品质不合格,将失效的3#混床在极短的时间内被击穿,直接导致给水和蒸汽品质恶化,引起水汽系统氢电导率异常升高。
The 1000MW ultra supercritical unit experienced an abnormal increase in hydrogen conductivity in the water steam system during oxygenation treatment,resulting in the automatic oxygenation system exiting abnormally.By investigating the online conductivity meter,dosing system,polishing system,and unit operation logs,the results showed that after the low-temperature economizer was put into operation,the failed 3#mixed bed was broken down in a very short time due to the unqualified water and steam quality,directly leading to the deterioration of water and steam quality,causing an abnormal increase in hydrogen conductivity in the water and steam system.
