冀东油田所辖长输管道定期检验中发现问题的分析与探讨

Analysis and Discussion on Problems Found in Regular Inspection of Long-Distance Pipeline in Jidong Oilfield

参照目前最新法规,对冀东油田所辖长输管道进行了台账梳理,依据长输管道定期检验规则进行定期检验。发现老旧长输管道在沿海工业区存在相当的占压、埋深不足和防腐层破损点较多等问题;对两条埋深不足的长输管道进行了稳定性校核,建议南塘管线应加大覆土埋深,加强巡线力度;最后建议油田管理者及时规划和调整管道路由,使管道长期安全运行。

According to the latest laws and regulations,the long-distance pipeline under the jurisdiction of Jidong oil field is carded and inspected regularly according to the regular inspection rules of long-distance pipeline.It is found that there are some problems in the old long-distance pipeline in the coastal industrial area,such as considerable pressure occupation,insufficient buried depth and many damage points of anticorrosion layer,etc.,it is suggested that the buried depth of nantang pipeline should be increased and the inspection should be strengthened.
