某输油管道杂散电流干扰检测与整改评价

摘要 在地铁运营过程中,由于地铁直流牵引回流系统对地绝缘性能的不断降低,会在地铁系统主体结构和周围地下环境中的产生电流泄漏现象,泄漏的电流会对线路周围的埋地金属管线产生严重的电化学腐蚀影响,造成埋地金属管线的管壁减薄,严重时能够导致埋地金属管线的穿孔,导致泄漏、爆炸、火灾等安全事故。因此,研究杂散电流对埋地管线的电化学腐蚀现象不仅能够提高地铁系统的可靠性,而且能够降低城市埋地管线运输系统的安全风险。 In the process of subway operation,due to the continuous reduction of the ground insulation performance of the DC traction reflux system,current leakage will occur in the main structure of the subway system and the surrounding underground environment.The leakage current will have a serious electrochemical corrosion effect on the buried metal pipeline around the line,resulting in the thinning of the tube wall of the buried metal pipeline.In serious cases,it can lead to the perforation of the buried metal pipeline,leading to leakage,explosion,fire and other safety accidents.Therefore,the study on the electrochemical corrosion of the underground pipeline by stray current can not only improve the reliability of the subway system,but also reduce the safety risk of the urban underground pipeline transportation system.
