Corrosion and Protection of High Sulfur-containing Natural Gas Purification Plant

针对高含硫天然气净化厂设备及管线存在较大腐蚀风险的问题,通过停工检修期间对某单套联合及配套装置进行全面的腐蚀调查,了解现场实际的腐蚀状况并开展腐蚀分析,总结出主要腐蚀问题,同时对腐蚀防护管理提出建议,为净化厂的安稳长满优运行提供保障。

Aiming at the problem of large corrosion risk in equipment and pipelines of high-sulfur natural gas purification plant,a comprehensive corrosion investigation was carried out on a single set of combined and supporting devices during shutdown maintenance to understand the actual corrosion situation on site and carry out corrosion analysis.The main corrosion problems were summarized,and suggestions for corrosion protection management were put forward to provide guarantee for the safe,stable,long-term,full and excellent operation of the purification plant.
