我国青年科技奖励体系的现状、问题及建议浅析

The analysis of status,problems,and suggestions of science and technology awards for youth in China

科技奖励是科技政策的重要组成部分,青年科技奖励对于挖掘青年科技人才的科技创新潜力,推动青年科技人才从“起步助跑期”到“创新黄金期”具有重要意义。通过系统梳理目前我国青年科技奖励的设立情况,凝练青年科技奖励在获奖者、科技工作者和社会三个层面的效用,分析奖励对象特征,凝练当前奖励体系中存在的问题,并提出相关建议,以期为青年科技奖励更好发挥作用提供启示。

As an important part of science and technology policies,science and technology awards are of great significance to stimulating young scientific and technological talents and promoting their career development.This paper systematically sorts out the status of science and technology awards for youth in China,analyses the effects on winners,scientific and technical workers and society and summarized the characteristics of winners.In the end,this paper brings out the problems of current awards and provides some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of science and technology awards for youth.
