新时代思想建党话语是党的十八大以来中国共产党关于思想建党理论和知识的话语呈现或外在表达,是新时代党建话语体系的重要内容。马克思主义建党学说、思想建党话语百年嬗变、抵御西方意识形态渗透及构建党建话语体系诉求是新时代思想建党话语的出场逻辑。新时代,党不断赋予思想建党话语丰富内涵,从功能定位、首要任务、思想武器、制度保障、价值旨归等方面建立起完整话语逻辑链。构建新时代思想建党话语,须在坚持以习近平总书记关于思想建党重要论述为指导,加强思想建党的政治话语、学术话语与大众话语系统建设,推动话语传播及完善话语评估机制等方面下功夫。
