摘要
制造业的高质量发展需要员工工匠精神的内在驱动。文章基于资源保存理论,构建以反馈寻求行为为中介变量的真实型领导对员工工匠精神的作用模型。以中国本土制造企业员工为调查对象,通过对242份有效问卷实证分析发现,真实型领导正向预测反馈寻求行为;反馈寻求行为正向预测员工的工匠精神;真实型领导正向影响制造企业员工工匠精神,反馈寻求行为在其中发挥中介作用。研究结论为制造企业的管理者培养员工工匠精神的管理实践提供参考。
The high-quality development of the manufacturing enterprises requires the internal drive of the craftsmanship spirit of employees.Based on the conservation of resource theory,this paper constructs a model of the effect of authentic leadership on the craftsmanship spirit of employees,with feedback seeking behavior as the intermediary variable.Through the empirical analysis of 242 valid questionnaires collected from local manufacturing enterprises in China,it is found that authentic leadership is positive in predicting feedback seeking behavior;feedback seeking behavior positively predicts the craftsmanship spirit of employees;authentic leadership positively affects the craftsmanship spirit of employees in manufacturing enterprises;feedback seeking behavior plays a mediating role.It provides new ideas for managers of manufacturing enterprise to cultivate employees’craftsman spirit.
