摘要
首先以设施点位和各类建筑对应的POI以及设施规模为基础,叠加建筑轮廓等相关数据,进行数据处理;再依据相关行业标准和市政设施的运行机制,为各类典型市政基础设施制定对应的负载率评估模型,进而评价典型市政基础设施的承载力,并为评价结果制定合理的评价等级;最后对评价结果进行空间差异分析,并有针对性地提出了合理、科学、高效的提高典型市政基础设施承载力的对策。结果表明,唐山市路南、路北实验区域的加压站、污水泵站、热力站市政基础设施落后,不能满足其经济社会发展需要。
Firstly,based on the POI and facility sizes corresponding to facility locations and various buildings,we superimposed the relevant data such as building contours for data processing.According to the relevant industry standards and the operation mechanism of municipal infrastruc-ture,we formulated the corresponding bearing rate evaluation models for various typical municipal infrastructures,then evaluated the bearing ca-pacity of typical municipal infrastructure,and reasonably evaluated the evaluation results.Finally,we analyzed the spatial differences of evalua-tion results,and put forward reasonable,scientific and efficient enhance countermeasures to improve the bearing capacity of typical municipal in-frastructure.The results show that the municipal infrastructure of pressure station,sewage pump station and thermal station in Lunan and Lubei experimental areas of Tangshan City are backward,which is insufficient to the needs of economic and social development.
