不同品种绿豆萌发期耐盐性分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Salt Tolerance of Different Varieties of Mung Bean in the Germination Period

摘要 本试验研究了碱性盐Na2CO3胁迫下28种绿豆的萌发特性。使用50 mmol/L Na2CO3溶液模拟东北平原盐碱环境,以蒸馏水处理作为对照,于人工培养箱内对28种供试绿豆进行胁迫处理,测定发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势、活力指数、根冠比、胚芽长、胚根长、胚芽鲜重、胚根鲜重、胚芽干重、胚根鲜重、相对电导率12项指标并结合多元分析方法进行分析。本试验结果表明,盐胁迫对各品种绿豆12项指标有显著影响,但不同品种影响不同;通过主成成分分析可将12项单项指标转化为3个综合指标;通过耐盐性综合评价值及聚类分析将28种绿豆分成了耐盐性较强、耐盐性中等和耐盐性较弱3种类型。本研究为东北地区盐碱地绿豆选育、种植及推广提供了理论依据。 This experiment studied the germination characteristics of 28 mung beans under the stress of alkaline salt Na_2CO_3.A 50 mmol/L Na_2CO_3 solution was used to simulate the saline-alkali environment in the Northeast Plain,with distilled water treatment as a control,28 kinds of mung beans were subjected to stress treatment in an artificial incubator,and the germination rate,germination index,germination potential,vigor index,root-shoot ratio were measured,Embryo length,radicle length,embryo fresh weight,radicle fresh weight,embryo dry weight,radicle fresh weight,relative conductivity 12 indicators and combined with multiple analysis methods for analysis.The results of this experiment show that salt stress has a significant impact on 12 indicators of each variety of mung bean,but different varieties have different effects;through principal component analysis,12 individual indicators can be converted into 3 comprehensive indicators;through the comprehensive evaluation value of salt tolerance and Cluster analysis divided 28 mung beans into three types:strong salt tolerance,medium salt tolerance,and weak salt tolerance.This study provides a theoretical basis for the selection,planting and promotion of mung bean in saline-alkali soil in Northeast China.
