基于全要素生产率视角的民族种业竞争力实证分析

Empirical Analysis on the Competitiveness of National Seed Industry Based on Total Factor Productivity

粮安天下,种铸基石。种子是现代农业的“芯片”,是保障国家粮食安全和农业高质量发展的根本。客观分析中国民族种业竞争力现况,明晰其发展优劣势,取长补短,聚力发展,守好农业中国“芯”具有国家战略意义。目前中国民族种企市场规模整体偏小、行业集中度低、科技投入不足、管理滞后等严重制约了种业上市公司的发展,本研究通过对国内A股市场11家种业上市公司2016-2021年间DEA-Malmquist指数的实证测算,依据实证结果提出了提升中国种企与种业竞争力的对策建议。

Grain makes the world stable,seed casts the foundation stone.Seed is the"chip"of modern agriculture,is to ensure national food security and agricultural quality development of the fundamental.Objective analysis of the competitiveness of China's national seed industry status,clarify the advantages and disadvantages of its development,learn from each other,cohesion development,keep the agricultural China's"core"has national strategic significance.At present,the overall market size of China's national seed enterprises is small,the industry concentration is low,the investment in science and technology is insufficient,and the management is lagging behind,which seriously restricts the development of seed listed companies.This paper empirically measured the DEA-Malmquist index of 11 listed seed industry companies in domestic A-share market from 2016 to 2021,and based on the empirical results,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of China's seed enterprises and seed industry.
