摘要
针对大规模风电并网可能导致电网惯量削弱、系统频率特性变差的问题,提出了基于惯量“削弱-补偿”责任分担的风电场虚拟惯量控制方法。首先依据惯量“削弱-补偿”责任分担的思想,计算风电场、风电机组惯量补偿目标,进而建立惯量补偿目标与虚拟惯量关键控制参数、状态参数之间的时域函数关系;再根据风电机组惯量补偿目标来动态设置控制参数,执行虚拟惯量补偿控制策略。最后通过算例系统验证所提理论方法的有效性和优越性。
Targeting the problems of power grid inertia weakening and system frequency characteristics deterioration caused by largescale wind farm integration,the paper proposes a virtual inertia control method for wind farms based on inertia“weakeningcompensation”responsibility sharing.Firstly,the inertia compensation target of wind farm and wind turbine is calculated according to the idea of the inertia“weakening-compensation”responsibility sharing.After that,the time domain function relationship is established between the inertia compensation target and virtual inertia parameters such as the key control parameters and state parameters.Then according to the inertia compensation target of the wind turbine,the control parameters are dynamically set to implement a virtual inertia compensation control strategy.Finally,the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are verified by an example system.
