含高比例风电的新型电力系统的经济运行及储能配置 被引量:13

摘要 储能作为一种灵活性调节资源,能够实现对电能的时空转移,是保障系统功率平衡的有效手段。针对不同比例风电替代场景,分析了电力系统的功率平衡情况,构建了系统的弃风、失负荷电量和单位供电成本的经济性运行模型;为满足电力系统对弃风和失负荷的成本要求,对含高比例风电电力系统的风电容量和配置储能进行优化配置,以提高系统经济运行和安全可靠供电能力。最后,通过仿真计算,分析不同风电替代和储能容量配置下电力系统的单位供电成本变化。结果表明,随着风电替代比例的增加,供电可靠性下降;增设合适的储能容量不仅保证可靠供电,而且能降低单位供电成本。 As a flexible adjustable resource,energy storage can realize the time-space transfer of electric energy and is an effective means to ensure the power balance of power system.In the light of scenarios with different wind power penetration,the paper analyzes the power balance of the system,and establishes the economic operation models of wind curtailment,loss of load,and unit power supply cost.To meet the requirements for the cost related to the wind curtailment and loss of load in the system,the wind power capacity and energy storage configuration are optimized for the new power systems with the high penetration of wind power,improving the system’economic efficiency and safe and reliable power supply ability.Finally,through the simulation calculation,the changes in the unit power supply cost of the system are analyzed with different wind power penetration and energy storage capacity configurations.The results show that with the increase of the wind power penetration,the power supply reliability decreases,and the reasonable energy storage capacity configuration not only can offer a reliable power supply but also reduce the unit power supply cost.
