摘要
为防止人工巡检危险场所出现安全问题,本文研究并设计了无线智能监控小车替代人进行巡检。文中小车采用ESP32-CAM与STM32双处理器系统,用摄像头采集视频,通过WiFi发给上位机显示。通过云台控制摄像头转向,并由超声波和五路红外实现循迹避障。经测试,小车既能手动操控也能自动巡逻,遇障碍物能避障报警,监控视频清晰,实现了设计要求。
To prevent safety issues during manual inspections of hazardous areas,a wireless intelligent monitoring car is designed to replace human inspection.The car adopts dual processor system of ESP32-CAM and STM32,and uses camera to capture videos,which are sent to the upper computer for display through WiFi.Using two servo motors to form the pan head and control the camera's steering direction;Tracking and obstacle avoidance are achieved through ultrasonic wave and five-channel infrared sensor.After testing,the car can be both operated manually and patrolled automatically.It can avoid obstacles and alarm,and the monitoring video is clear,meeting the design requirements.
