钛合金砂型铸造冒口补缩距离研究

摘要 采用钛合金砂型铸造工艺研制的铸件一般较为厚大,容易产生缩孔、缩松类缺陷,笔者基于杆型铸件并结合铸造模拟软件ProCAST对不同厚度的钛合金杆型铸件凝固过程进行了仿真模拟,分析了不同厚度对冒口的补缩距离的影响规律,并进行了实际浇注实验验证;结果表明:随着杆件厚度的增加,冒口的补缩距离增大,仿真模拟的补缩距离、缩孔缺陷位置和实验结果较吻合,可以用于钛合金砂型铸件工艺设计优化。 The castings developed by sand mold casting technology of titanium alloy are usually thick and easy to produce shrinkage cavity and porosity defects,in this paper,the solidification process of rod-type castings with different thickness was simulated based on rod-type castings and the casting simulation software ProCAST,and the effect of different thickness on feeding distance of riser was analyzed,the results show that the feeding distance of riser increases with the increase of rod thickness,the simulated positions of the feeding distance and the shrinkage cavity agree well with the experimental results,and the location of shrinkage can be used for casting process design optimization.
