介绍了ATQ淬火工艺在耐磨铸钢件和铸铁件上应用,耐磨铸件采用ATQ淬火+高温回火的热处理工艺,可改善水淬冷却速度快而产生的铸件开裂,并使铸件达到力学性能要求。同时,给出了ATQ淬火工艺在耐磨合金钢、高碳铬钼钢、抗磨白口铸铁等材料铸件上的应用实例,提供了有价值的工艺路线。

The application of ATQ quenching process in wear-resistant cast steel and cast iron was introduced.The wear-resistant casting adopted ATQ quenching+high temperature tempering heat treatment process.This process improved the cracking of castings caused by fast water quenching and cooling,and makes the castings meet the mechanical properties requirements.The application examples of ATQ quenching process on wear-resistant alloy steel,high-carbon chromium molybdenum steel,antiwear white cast iron and other materials were given,and valuable process routes were provided.
