Analysis on the Management of Technical Archives in Current Foundry Enterprises

针对当前铸造企业生产经营中对技术档案管理重视不足,技术档案积累不够、再利用实效性不强等问题。通过对铸造企业技术性档案管理活动的现状分析,提出强化技术档案收集、归档、数字化管理等有效手段,建成技术档案全流程管理体系,以提高技术档案归档和再利用的实效性,为企业未来数字化转型提供基础数据支撑,助力企业提升竞争力。

In view of the current foundry enterprises in the production and management of technical archives management is not enough attention,technical archives accumulation is not enough,reuse effectiveness is not strong and other problems.Through the analysis of the status quo of technical archive management activities of foundry enterprises,it is proposed to strengthen the effective means of collecting,archiving and digital management of technical archives,and build a whole-process management system for technical archives,so as to improve the effectiveness of technical archives archiving and reuse,provide basic data support for the future digital transformation of enterprises,and help enterprises enhance competitiveness.
