基于计算机断层成像探索左心耳周围脂肪的影像学定量参数与房颤的关系

摘要 目的:应用CT的定量参数探讨其在房颤与窦性心律患者及不同类型房颤患者中的差异。方法:选取163例窦性心律患者及134例房颤患者(阵发性房颤92例,持续性房颤42例)为研究对象,探索左心耳容积及左心耳周围脂肪组织体积在房颤与窦性心律患者及不同类型房颤患者中的差异。结果:房颤患者的左心耳容积比窦性心律患者大,持续性房颤患者具有更大的左心耳容积,且具有统计学差异。房颤患者与窦性心律患者相比,具有更小的左心耳周围脂肪组织体积,持续性房颤组的左心耳周围脂肪组织体积小于阵发性房颤组。结论:基于CT的左心耳及其周围脂肪组织的影像学定量参数在房颤与窦性心律患者及不同类型房颤患者中具有差异,有助于为房颤的诊疗提供帮助。 Objective:Exploring the difference of quantitative parameters on coronary CT between patients with sinus rhythm and atrial fibrillation(AF),as well as between patients with different types of AF.Methods:The study included 163 patients with sinus rhythm and 134 patients with AF(92 with paroxysmal AF and 42 with persistent AF).The volume of the left atrial appendage(LAA)and peri-LAA adipose tissue quantified by CT were compared between different groups.Results:Patients with AF showed statistically greater LAA volume than those with sinus rhythm,and patients with persistent AF showed larger LAA volume compared with paroxysmal AF.Sinus rhythm and paroxysmal AF patients had larger peri-LAA adipose tissue volume than AF and persistent AF patients.Conclusions:Quantitative imaging parameters of LAA volume and peri-LAA adipose tissue volume difer in patients with AF and sinus rhythm,as well as in different types of AF patients,which can aid in the diagnosis and treatment of AF.
